Project Leadership
hroughout Reforming Project Management we write about the challenges of getting our projects done. That doesn't just mean on time and on budget. Our clients must see the results of our efforts as valuable to them. Along with that our team members want their project experience to add to their careers. Inevitably, we end up speaking in one way or another about leadership. We don't plan our way to success. Nor do we control our way there. Successful projects take collaboration, tight coordination, and a spirit for learning. It can't be done without leadership.
This is a guide (lens) for entering into an exploration of project leadership. It is not intended to be complete. Nor is it intended to be impartial. The resources and articles referenced on this page build on a perspective that change is needed in the practice of project management. We're pleased you chose to begin your inquiry here.
