		<description>A lot of subject matter experts have a hard time saying and writing what they know, Hal being an exception to that generalization. That&#039;s a good thing for me, since I make a living helping them find the right words and the right way to organize their thoughts. But I agree, trying to be cute gets in the way of being taken seriously. Creating ill will puts up a barrier to learning and understanding. The best writing is transparent.</description>

		<description>Good question.  Thanks for asking. I was reading a post on a discussion group yesterday.  One of the posters played a game with the wording of his comments.  It created confusion for others.  He thought it was hilarious. Not only did it distract from a serious conversation, it produced waste and ill will.</description>
