					<description>Thanks for the reminder Hal, I think this is something I can do to improve my project management effectiveness.  I will have to struggle a bit, though, on the part about appreciating people for who they are rather than what they did.  I'll let you know how it goes.
I really appreciate your writings and efforts to make peoples' lives better by making project managers more effective.  Your blogs frequently give me good food for thought and inspiration to action.</description>
