I&#039;m sorry that this book isn&#039;t available through the usual outlets. I pitched this book to several publishers and they all rejected it for the same reason. It was too short! Publishers want 250-300 pages, something with some heft, not some pamphlet-sized anything, no matter how cogent. This seems curious, since the #1 complaint everyone I talk with mentions is that they don&#039;t have enough time to crack 300 page books.
