Hal, have a great trip. I can only imagine the opportunity you will have to be with Fernando Flores again and how cool that will be. His work, which I came into contact with through you, continues to influence my language and interaction. Just 20 minutes ago, a young project manager came into my office, frustrated with a particular situation. Intentionally, I sat with her and worked thorugh some grouded, strong assessments on the state of her project, from which a series of requests she needed to make to her boss became clear. Linguistic action added clarity for a talented but frustrated colleague.

Thanks, Hal!
