					<description>Hal - I'm not surprised that humility tops the list.  It seems we have a lot of "naked emperors" running around in the project management realm.  Remaining humble is the "make or break" ingredient I've seen with many project roles.  We sometimes have to take on the unpleasant role of "humbling the arrogant" - that can be a challenge.</description>
