<description>I have a question about Project/Portfolio prioritization and new PMO process implementation.
1. My organization is fairly small (150 persons) and we are trying to implement a PMO. However, I am having significant challenges with the business stakeholders agreeing on a slate of projects unless they feel they have all the information they can possibly get. Have you seen any excel based tools that help with taking the "emotion" out of project/program prioritization?
2. My organization is also looking at implementing new processes. My boss feels that we should try and sell all new processes but we just don't have the time for it. Is there ever a case where you simply implement new processes based on best practices and tell them thats the way it has to be?

Cheers
