Hello Again to All Subscribers!
June 24th, 2003 by Hal
I apologize for the interruption in email delivery. Many of you must have forgotten about Reforming Project Management or me or both. I've been blogging away even though Blogger has had its problems. It is finally fixed (for now).
Please take a look at five of my recent posts:
- Conquering Team Dysfunction, an article by Patrick Lencioni
- Readers' Project e-Tips, either a reader or I post a tip on conducting your project each week
- Define Project Roles Based on Strengths, a not-to-be-missed approach to setting up your project for success
- 5R Protocol for a Listening Workplace — A speculation, my take on a parallel to 5S for the project setting
- Six Project Teams Wanted, join me for some free coaching
I'll keep monitoring the delivery of emails. If you don't hear from me for awhile, please check-in. It will most likely be a technical snafu.
Thanks for reading!
