Excellent List! Number 3 stands out for me. We are currently kicking off a very challenging $300 million dollar hospital replacement and expansion program. We have struggled to create alignment with one of our shareholders (the 800# gorilla) and number 3 was a hit this morning in our weekly team meeting. Putting it on the table created dialog that moved us forward with a different perspective. Thanks!
