Can you recommend a free, public Blog site that would make a good project mgmt collaboration site?

I understand using Bloglet to email updates to people, but I've barely scratched the surface looking at blog software offerings. So, for example, I don't know which support commenting on a blog, so that team members could ask questions or leave comments.

You mentioned Atomz for calendar features, but that's a commercial project, outside the budget of a small project team at a small college.

Thanks,

Stew
